New Member & Professional Development

Experienced upperclassmen structure and execute a ten-week new member development program ranging from technical to behaivoral skills for recruitment and beyond.

Stock Pitches

Analysts conduct deep research and regularly pitch stocks; exemplary pitches in past semesters have been presented at firms such as Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley, and Point 72

Mentorship & Alumni

Analysts get paired with current upperclassmen and alumni for informal and formal mentorship. We cultivate and emphasize a culture of giving back, a robust alumni network, and bonds that extend far beyond our time Cornell.
